Silent Scandal star, Chelsea Eze, stepped out on the red carpet during the opening night of the Africa International Film Festival 2014 which began on Sunday, November 9, 2014, in a lacy black completely see-through dress. The outfit left little to imagination as Chelsea’s breasts were on full display.
The dress surely achieved the desired impact as almost all eyes and heads turned in her direction, monitoring her every move on the red carpet.
The fast rising actress, who has the African Movie Academy Award for Most Promising Actress in the 2010 edition and other awards to her name, walked the carpet gracefully despite the obvious attention her outfit drew to her.
