Photo: INEC Officials In Imo Forcing Citizens To Pay Money For PVC?

According to a twitter handle, TRENDS_NG some INEC officials in Imo State have been forcing people to pay between N200 – N1000 before collecting their permanent voters card. Two more tweets below.
